A man who randomly killed a 74-year-old in OH and posted video of the crime on Facebook has fatally shot himself in his vehicle during a police chase in Pennsylvania.
She said that it was her slain father who taught her, through the example of his life, how to forgive. It did not immediately respond to further questions about the incident.
