Kyrie Irving played the closer role with a huge fourth quarter on his way to 27 points and nine assists.

James scored 35 points, Kyrie Irving added 27 as Cleveland swept Toronto, beating the Raptors 109-102 on Sunday to give James his seventh consecutive trip to the Eastern Conference finals.

"Since the second half of the season, he's really went to another level", Cavs coach Tyronn Lue said. Does he make a coaching change when the coach he's got (Dwane Casey) is one of only four to have his team in the top 10 on both ends of the floor twice in the last four seasons? "It was tough on us". With 6:38 remaining in the game, the Raptors took a 93-92 lead to finish their comeback from a 16-point deficit.

Game 5 is Tuesday night in San Antonio.

Its safe to say LeBron James firmly has the title of best player in the National Basketball Association in tow after his dismantling of the Toronto Raptors.

Ibaka, who was acquired with Tucker at February's trade deadline to inject some much-needed toughness, said he hasn't thought about his future, but that "I have fun here. The way they were making shots, and they were well-guarded, you're going to have to score 117-118 points a night to beat them".

In the regular season, the Raptors had the same record and a better point differential than the Cleveland Cavaliers. "There's nothing we can be satisfied about, with our job performance, especially after the way we went out".

But Irving responded with 11 straight points to put the Cavs up by eight, then James drained a three over Tucker with 2:54 to play that capped a 14-2 Cavs run.

James applauded Tucker's defensive efforts, saying "Any time you go against someone who wants to compete, you respect that and P.J. has been like that since we were kids. he's always been a guy that at the end of day is never going wonder if he left it all on out there and as a competitor I can always respect that". If he chose to exercise his free agency and sign with another squad, a max deal could net him just over $150 million.

Whether Lowry chooses to stay or leave, DeMar DeRozan said he'll support whatever decision his friend and teammate makes. "We knew it would be, coming into a hostile environment".

James added nine rebounds and six assists.

Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan, right, hugs Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James (23) after the Cavaliers won Game 4 of a second-round NBA basketball playoff series in Toronto, Sunday, May 7, 2017.

"More shooters", DeRozan said.

"I'm going to spend so much time with them that they're going to get exhausted of me, " he joked. All the while, Cleveland will be watching film, working on things they can do against either team, and getting some well-earned rest.

But the Cavs shot better because the Cavs have better shooters and the best player in the world passing them the ball (and shooting 48 percent from 3-point range himself). "Sitting on the bench in Game 3 suited up and knowing I can't play, Game 4 sitting there trying to help my team no matter what it was - helping them see plays, coach - it just sucks that I wasn't able to help my team".
