Destiny 2 Has Some New, Awesome Super Abilities

Today at an event in Los Angeles, Bungie gave us our first look at Destiny 2, a video game about the insane antics of Peter Dinklage.

Speaking before the reveal event on May 18, Bungie stated that it would be showing off some of the new powers that Guardians could wield in Destiny 2.

Destiny 2 will be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on September 8.

Being on Battle.net will allow Destiny 2 to plug in to the existing global network, freeing up the developers at Bungie.

Broken up by cutscenes that put a greater focus on characters new and familiar, the second half of the demo takes place on a Red Legion dropship where the player takes on a powerful boss called Brann The Urgent Blade.

OnlySP will be following all developments pertaining to Destiny 2 and single-player games.

Clans can open up slots in their squads for anyone to join, letting them fill out empty spots and giving lone wolves a chance to try the game's biggest challenges.

After criticisms of a lack of content in Destiny, Bungie announced that Destiny 2 will have more quests in the story campaign and strike/raid missions.

The game will have new PVP modes, strikes, and a new raid.

For example, the Crucible is now 4v4 for all modes. Just like the first game, the title runs at 30 FPS on consoles according to Bungie's David Shaw.

Read on for a complete and ongoing history of all the reveals from Destiny 2, which is now available for pre-order. Created to help solo players quickly jump into multiplayer games, the feature enables single players to partner with a clan for a short period in order to tackle a mission.

The PC version of Destiny 2 will be on Battle.net rather than Steam or another platform. As time went on, the game got better by adding more content, but all of this content should have been included in the game.
