Google opens up Android Instant Apps to all developers

To start with, one can now type to Google Assistant on phones. This feature will scan a user's apps to make sure they haven't compromised the security of the device.

Similar to the Amazon Echo feature, Google has introduced hands-free calling for its Home device.

There are a couple of new additions rolling out with Google Play Protect in the coming weeks, however.

Google as announced that the Assistant will add support to French, German, Brazilian, Portuguese, and Japanese.

Google also talked about the TensorFlow Lite tech.

Google just announced that it there are now 2 billion Android devices that are being used worldwide. The availability of the AI might be limited on the iOS devices but that is certainly not the case for Android users.

With its latest version released in August 2016, Android has been claimed by Google officials to be "across all screens:" watches, cars, television sets, Internet of Things (IoTs) and chromebooks, a class of low-coast laptop computers comprising almost 60 per cent of laptops sold to K-12 schools in the US. Therefore, it has high probabilities of getting well received by users. This means that the company is taking the power of the neural network to help you identify anything around you and give you information about it in an instant.

Essentially, it seems like this Google Play Protect is the new collective name for its major security protocols - the process mentioned above appears to be just Google's existing Verify Apps service, while safe browsing in the Chrome browser and anti-theft via the Android Device Manger have been around for a while, too.

Now Google has come up with a brilliant solution.

Further, Google has also created an API for the OS that integrates with carrier services and further allows users to see the exact amount of prepaid data left and the user can even top up right through the device. However, this version of the OS is basically optimized to work on entry-level smartphones.

Google also says that the first Android Go devices will arrive in 2018 and by that time we expect this to be a much more stable project and we hope to see a lot of development as it will help out a lot of users here in India.
