Moto C is the new range of affordable smartphone from the Lenovo-owned company that will be arriving for the developing markets.

Moto C and Moto C Plus are expected to release in India this June at a rough price of ₹ 6,200 and ₹ 8,300. It is powered by a 64-bit 1.1GHz Quad Core MediaTek MT6580 Processor with 1GB of RAM.

The Moto C Plus is a step up from its younger kin in the screen resolution, chipset clock speeds, RAM capacity, rear camera, and battery capacity.

Motorola is today extending its smartphone lineup with the launch of the entirely new "C" series.

The smartphones will be available in Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific in the coming weeks.

The miraculous 8-megapixel rare camera with LED flash clicks attractive and sharp snaps and the fantastic front camera allows you to click selfies in the dark as it comes with a front LED flash.

Meanwhile, the Moto C Plus adds to the recipe even more - as per Lenovo's previous Moto "Plus" naming convention, this isn't a bigger phone, it has a better spec instead. In the imaging department, the phone offers a modest 2-megapixel front camera and a 5-megapixel snapper with LED flash at the rear. Both handsets seem to have the microphone toward the bottom of the front side, close to the fingerprint scanner. Also, they run near stock Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. The device will be packed with 5,000mAh battery and as for storage, there could be something between 2GB to 3GB of RAM. A 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core Cortex-A53 SoC powers the C Plus. Motorola says these will both have a micro-textured back cover and are being made available in Metallic Cherry, Pearl White, Fine Gold or Starry Black. It has the option to expand the memory to 32GB via microSD card.

Motorola is expected to unveil its new line of smartphones soon enough and leaks hint at an exciting mix of specs, features, and aesthetics. The company is set to announce two devices under each series, while might unveil only one device under the Moto X series.

Prolific tipster Roland Quandt shared three press renders claiming to show the Moto E4, Moto E4 Plus, and Moto Z2 Play.
