Robby Anderson arrested, charged with resisting arrest in Miami

Anderson was asked to leave by security and didn't acquiesce, which resulted in a Miami P.D. officer coming to the scene.

Resisting an officer with violence to his person is a third-degree felony and punishable by up to five years in prison, five years probation and a $5,000 fine. The report said Anderson was then redirected to the ground and continued to fight with police and security at the event. "[Anderson] refused to leave and was told by [the officer] to sit on the ground".

A Jets spokesman told Vacchiano the team is aware of the situation and will not comment further on a "pending legal matter". He tensed his body and pushed the officer.

Anderson posted a picture on Instagram on Sunday from Bayfront Park, which was where the Rolling Loud Festival was held.

A hearing is scheduled for May 15.

Undrafted coming out Temple last season, Anderson, who turns 24 on Tuesday, enjoyed a successful rookie campaign, catching 42 passes for 587 yards and two touchdowns.

The Jets are having quite the offseason. Cornerback Nick Marshall was also suspended four games for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances, but the Jets waived him last week.
