Stay or go, DeMar DeRozan says he'll support Kyle Lowry's decision

With LeBron having one of his best postseason runs ever-34.4 points, 9.0 rebounds and 7.1 assists per game with a 66.3% true-shooting percentage-if Cleveland's defensive improvement is here to stay, the Cavs are suddenly much scarier than when the playoffs started. "There's desperation at their end and desperation at our end".

James scored 35 points, Kyrie Irving added 27 and Cleveland swept Toronto, beating the Raptors 109-102 on Sunday to give James his seventh consecutive trip to the Eastern Conference Finals.

"Winning close-out games is always tough", Cleveland coach Tyronn Lue said.

Toronto Raptors coach Dwane Casey wanted his team to play Game 4 with pride. They kept fighting, shaving the difference to five at the end of the third quarter and taking their first lead at 93-92 with six-plus minutes left in the fourth.

The two teams meet on Wednesday night in Boston, before a potentially decisive Game 6 in Washington on Friday. DeRozan could still get better, but Lowry and Ibaka are what they are.

"We needed that, we needed to be tested throughout 48-minute games", Irving said. "Honestly, what I've thought about is, yes, I'll opt out, and how I need to get better as a basketball player".

"As a veteran guy, you want to be with coaches, players, where you totally fit". It's not so much arrogance, but more just extreme confidence that if the Cavaliers take care of the things they can control, there's nobody in the Eastern Conference that can beat them. "You've got to score 117, 118 points a night to beat them, because they have so many weapons offensively".

The Raptors, though, found another gear in the third, and when Tucker launched a three with 0.8 seconds left in the quarter, it cut Cleveland's lead to 85-80 with one quarter left.

Then we'll wait to see what next year's team will look like. "You want to win, obviously, but you want to go to a team where you can help push it to the next level".

"I will be opting out and that's as far as I've gotten", Lowry said. I've just gotta be better. We came out with a lot of pride, a lot of grit, a lot of toughness, that never-quit attitude.

Tucker, who has battled James since they were nine years old, took little solace in his personal battle with basketball's biggest star.

Kyle Korver added 18 points, including 4 of 6 on 3-point attempts, for the Cavaliers off the bench, and Channing Frye contributed 10 points.

"You have to give them credit, they are a heck of a 3-point-shooting team", DeRozan said.

"I'm going to spend so much time with them that they're going to get exhausted of me, " he joked. All the while, Cleveland will be watching film, working on things they can do against either team, and getting some well-earned rest.

Washington played without reserve forward Kelly Oubre Jr., who was suspended one game for charging and pushing Olynyk in the second quarter of Game 3 following a hard pick set by Olynyk. "It's going to be a long summer". The Cavs were 16-of-41 from the three-point line.

Korver came on in the second, and instantly spelled trouble for Toronto.
