Additionally, Vaughn is suing for alleged child endangerment, torture, kidnapping, breach of contract, conspiracy against rights, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and "soul murdering". News reports the legal filing states is "a combination of torture, deprivation and brainwashing".

Mary's documents state that her "acute mental shock arose from experiencing the death of a child", and accused Steve of extreme cruelty.

The documents were filed In Pro Per, so that Berry, while not a lawyer, will act as Vaughn's power of attorney. According to TMZ, the woman adds: "All was [lost], Mary L Harvey was dead". On Wednesday (05-17-17) she filed a lawsuit against the funnyman for up to $60 million.

Shackelford mentions in the lawsuit that the pain of losing her son Wynton, which Harvey has custody of, has robbed her of the joy of Mother's Day and has left her suicidal and self-medicating in order to cope.

She posted several videos to her You Tube account, including some with Mary, detailing why they are suing Steve.

Not only does she want him arrested, but she also wants him charged for claims including falsifying documents, lying in court, contempt of court, embezzlement, extortion as well as collusion.

A former spouse of comedian Steve Harvey has gone on record to accuse her notable ex of causing irreparable damage to her soul from the moment she became his wife, according to the New York Daily News.

Steve and Mary were married from 1996 to 2005. The videos blasted the Family Feud host for his previous infidelities with his current wife, Marjorie Harvey during his marriage to Mary, and cited his affair as one of the reasons he uprooted their life together.

A rep for Harvey did not immediately return a request for comment.
