Wayne struck him with a closed fist, knocked him down, and threw a glass of alcohol at his face, according to the alleged victim (via TMZ).

The rapper is being sued for allegedly attacking a club security guard.

The publication also reports that Wayne's camp has denied the allegations.

In a lawsuit filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Andrew Nunemacher - described in the suit as being "of Caucasian ancestry and descent" - says he was working the door at Hyde nightclub a year ago for a BET Music Awards after-party when Wayne and his posse "became angry, violent and out of control".

Nunemacher is also suing SBE Entertainment, which owns the club; Young Money Entertainment, which is Lil Wayne's record label; Made Hollywood Inc., which promoted the BET Music Awards after-party where the assault took place; and Universal Music Group.
