The Georgia filmed Marvel production, Black Panther is probably one of the most anticipated movies coming from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Black Panther is slated to be released on February 16, 2018. So when we heard that Marvel Studios just released a new poster for Black Panther, I got really excited.

Check out the stunning art below, which shows T'Challa standing atop a panther statue as he looks out over Wakanda, along with the tagline: "Long live the king". The first character he saw that did that was Black Panther.

The film is directed by Ryan Coogler and produced by Kevin Feige with Louis D'Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Nate Moore, Jeffrey Chernov and Stan Lee serving as executive producers. We see Black Panther tearing a auto apart with his claws, ending a vehicle chase in a dramatic fashion.

It began with a metal detector.

The rest of the panel was dedicated to Marvel's upcoming film "Thor: Ragnarok", and concluded by re-showing the "Avengers: Infinity War" trailer that was screened the weekend prior at Disney's D23 expo. Klaue then reaches for his prosthetic arm, which is revealed to extend into a glowing blue cannon-laser gun hybrid. The boy held a grudge against T'Challa and Wakanda for the slight, and Killmonger dedicated his life to exacting revenge against those who turned on his family. Ross and T'Challa are clearly working together. It's unclear if the casino footage and montage are a new trailer, or two separate entities.

When it comes to Black Panther, T'Challa and Killmonger clash over their views about Wakanda. This origins story will pick up after the event of "CACW" and will follow T'Challa's journey home to his isolated, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to claim the throne and be crowned king. She draws down. Klaue gets spooked, and Okoye ends up pulling out a tiny piece of Vibranium herself - a purse-sized implement that extends to a full-sized spear.

The footage shown was from a sequence set in South Korea. Director Ryan Coogler introduced the teaser, which was for the Comic-Con crowd's eyes only, following a quick Q-and-A with cast members, including Chadwick Boseman, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Daniel Kaluuya, Forest Whitaker and Andy Serkis.
