- A second person of interest has been taken into custody in connection with the murder of the four Bucks County men, according to a source. The person of interest is now at Northeast Detectives being held for Bucks County authorities to pick up and question.

In a statement on its website, the Bucks County District Attorney's office announced that Sean Kratz, believed to be a relative of DiNardo, has also been charged in connection with the murders of Dean Finocchiaro, 19, of Middletown Township; Thomas Meo, 21, of Plumstead Township; and Mark Sturgis, 22, of Pennsburg, Montgomery County.

A week after four young men disappeared in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and one day after investigators found human remains buried on a nearby farm, the son of the farm's owners confessed to killing all four, his lawyer said on Thursday.

DiNardo, 20, is charged with all four homicides and 20 other counts, including abuse of corpse, conspiracy and robbery, according to court documents. This undated photo provided by the Bucks County District Attorney's Office in Doylestown, Pa., shows Cosmo DiNardo, of Bensalem, Pa., an admitted drug dealer with a history of mental illness who was cha.

DiNardo, 20, agreed to plead guilty to four first-degree murder counts, attorney Paul Lang said outside court, where DiNardo had met with investigators. Police have not said if the they've identified the remains of the other three missing men. One at a time the men were shot, burned and buried at a rural Pennsylvania farm, which is a site that will now forever be associated with this horror. He allegedly killed three other men two days later. Even as the investigation stretched on for days, centering on a farm not far from the Delaware River, the Bucks County district attorney said he clung to hope that the men would be found alive. They were identified as that of Finocchiaro, though investigators said they were working to identify the rest of the remains.

On February 9, police responded to a report of gunfire in DiNardo's neighbourhood and found him in his vehicle with a shotgun, and he told the officers that he had been involuntarily committed, Harran said. According to reports, DiNardo was involved in the sale of marijuana to the men, but that's where the troubles began.

DiNardo allegedly gave his cousin a.357 handgun that belonged to his mom and drove Finocchiaro back to the farm. "I'm sorry", he said. DiNardo then offered to sell Patrick a.22 rifle, bringing him to a remote location and shooting him.

The search has focused on the extensive property - owned by Dinardo's parents, Antonio and Sandra, according to prosecutors - in Solebury Township. "I don't know what convinced him (to confess). In exchange for that confession, Mr. DiNardo was promised by the District Attorney that he will spare his life by not invoking the death penalty".

A criminal complaint alleges the defendants brought the victims to the farm ostensibly to buy marijuana from DiNardo.

"They're down 12-foot deep in a hole that's getting deeper by the minute", Weintraub said Thursday. Kratz was arrested later the same day, authorities said.

Twenty-year-old Cosmo DiNardo is charged in all four killings, which took place on a farm owned by his parents. In Philadelphia, he was arrested twice for burglary, most recently in December, according to court records.
