PS5 To Launch In 2019 And Will Be "Another Half Step," Analyst Predicts

As for why SuperData is so optimistic with the game's digital sales on PC, they claim that the game's release through Battlenet on PC and "macro-level digital download trends" bode very well for the game.

Superdata, interactive media intelligence company, is predicting a high chance that Destiny 2 will sell around three million with three months of being available on the platform.

Bungie are expected to retain a large chunk of their Destiny 2 audience, with some of that bound to come from the new PC platform. You can check out the projections shared by SuperData for Destiny 2 below. Also taking into account is the game's launch date and its Battle.net release; Battle.net is Blizzard gaming interface, which should definitely draw the attention of Blizzard fans to Bungie's newest release. If you're new to Bungie.net, you can create a new account in advance of Destiny 2.

The open beta for Bungie's hotly anticipated space shooter kicks off the week of July 18, letting you blast away both enemy aliens and fellow players before the game hits consoles on September 6. However, if Destiny 2 on PC really is able to shift three million copies then the developer will feel as though that hard work is more than worth it.

Sony unveiled Glacier White as a new color option for the PlayStation 4 Pro, which will only be available as part of a limited edition bundle featuring Bungie's highly anticipated shooter, Destiny 2. However, pre-ordering the game will let you jump in starting July 18 on PS4, and July 19 on Xbox One. If you haven't pre-ordered Destiny 2, you can play the beta from July 21.

Unfortunately, however, the PC beta doesn't have a release date, but is tipped to launch at some point in August.

The Farm, which replaces The Tower from the original Destiny, is where players go to collect gear, check messages and interact with fellow Guardians.
