A court in Denver, Colorado, dismissed DJ David Mueller's lawsuit against Taylor Swift. "I agree his real problem is with the radio station", Martinez said.

Mueller, 55, is suing Swift, alleging she and her team slandered him by telling his employer about the incident, resulting in his firing. She got a laugh when she said her security guard saw Mueller "lift my skirt" but someone would have had to have been underneath her to see the actual groping — "and we didn't have anyone positioned there".

However, Judge William Martinez will allow Mueller's claim against the singer's mother, Andrea Swift, and her radio manager, Frank Bell, to proceed. "She told her mother, and that's it", Baldridge said. The management company was not named in Mueller's lawsuit.

Day FourTaylor Swift herself gave snarky, assured testimony, dropping the word "ass" repeatedly as she drove home her conviction that Mueller had intentionally groped her during a meet-and-greet photo-op.

Swift said that she didn't say anything at that time because she was so intimidatingly shocked, and didn't take the issue to court before being sued because she didn't want it to define her career. "I saw her push her skirt down and move away", towards Mueller's girlfriend, who was standing on Swift's other side. "I knew she was uncomfortable".

Mr Dent explained he did not act because "he didn't sense danger after he touched her", and Ms Swift did not signal that he should intervene.

"He stayed latched on to my bare ass cheek as I lurched away from him". The jury will still consider her assault claim. Swift's assistants testified in depositions that as soon as the photo session ended, the singer told everyone in the room about the incident. Mueller was sacked by radio station KXGO two days after the 2013 incident and has been unable to find a job since. He is seeking up to $3 million in damages.

Gossip Cop also reported that if Swift is awarded any additional damages, she said she will donate the money to a women's rights charity.
