West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic wants Adrian stay

However, the signing of England worldwide goalkeeper Joe Hart on a season-long loan deal from Manchester City in the summer transfer window has raised doubts over the future of the Spaniard.

My induction was to have a fight with Andy. No, I spread for the ball.

For the first time since May of a year ago, Joe Hart will taste Premier League action this weekend. I love playing football first and foremost.

West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic has revealed that he is not concerned about his future despite the fact that his contract with the club is set to expire at the end of the season.

This means that the 30-year-old goalkeeper will remain at the London Stadium until the summer of 2019.

"The permanent move was going to be hard", said Hart. "I don't think there were any options for that".

"When you've asked me questions I've always answered honestly, and ideally I wanted to be signing a permanent deal somewhere so I could set my life up and have a direction. I want to add to that and be an England goalkeeper playing for West Ham, I really do, and that's my intention".

Hart is on the second leg of his journey trying to prove his parent club Manchester City was wrong to farm him out.

"I come here with high demands on my team-mates because I demand a lot of myself".

"I am here to try and help and I am also here to learn, so if everyone has a similar mind set then we have a risky squad".

"It has been the same when I've been with England and any manager I've played under".

"I can adapt to whatever my manager wants". I want to keep improving no matter where I am and what I'm doing.

"I am a young guy and I just want to play football and if going out on loan allows me to do that, then that is what I am going to do".

Not that Hart is desperate to comb through the wreckage of his relationship with Manchester City.

And chances are it will be the sort of game that will give him the chance to prove Guardiola wrong and book his place on England's World Cup plane to Russian Federation next summer.

"I'm trying to make a point to Slaven Bilic, he's my coach", said Hart.

Hart's arrival may well have put Adrian's nose out of joint, but how does he think he has settled in? He's very important on the pitch and is great in the dressing room.

"I can not be any more grateful for the opportunity they have given me".
