Every other version of Android has gone down in use. The Android 8.0 update may also arrive as an OTA update soon after the launch of the handset. The information asserts that customers requires to keep at least 50% battery left in the phone during the time of update installing.

We already know that Nokia is also working on its Nokia 9 smartphone which is said to be released at the end of Q3. While it was always expected to be powered by latest and greatest in specs, so far, the device was only spotted running Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS in the leaks. The smartphone, with with a polycarbonate back along with an aluminium frame, comes in Black and Blue colour options.

On the camera front, the smartphone will sport a 12-megapixel dual Carl-Zeiss rear camera and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. A quick restart of the device, which installs the update, results in just Android security level being bumped to September - OS remains at Oreo. If this notification is bothering you and you want to get rid of it, all you need to do is restart your phone and the notification would go away. There is no official announcement by Nokia yet but thanks to the XDA community for willingly sharing the link to the software update file.
