WATCH: Florida Doctor Assaults Woman, Seizing Phone, for Recording him Throwing Mother out of Office

A Florida doctor who was caught on video telling a woman Monday to "get the hell out" after she questioned her wait time is under criminal investigation.

When Stipe told the doctor that she just wanted to return to her home and wanted her co-pay back, the doctor told her to leave instantly.

Jessica Stipe uploaded the footage to her Facebook page hours after the spat, which she said occurred when she complained about not being seen and requested her copay back.

Following a couple of more seconds and further contending, Gollogly draws near to Stipe and says, "Get the f - out of my office", as he drives her out the front entryway.

As Stipe and her daughter leave, the doctor asks if he's being recorded before snatching the cell phone. "We've already been working on you".

"Ms. Stipe had been increasingly belligerent and abusive to the office staff, cursing them and threatening them with violence, because she was unwell and had been waiting to be seen by me for more than an hour", Gallogly wrote.

"He took her phone and shoved her she is a minor", Stipe wrote.

Stipe alleged that a doctor at the clinic got mad when she demanded her money back and "proceeded to cuss (her) out".

After a heated exchange, Gallogly then asks Stipe, "Do you wanna be seen or not?"

The Gainesville Sun reported that Gainesville Police have opened a criminal investigation into Peter Gallogly, a doctor at Gainesville After-Hours Clinic, following the viral video.

Stipe's daughter can be heard asking Gallogly what his name is.

In her Facebook post, Stipe said she spoke with Gainesville police but that they weren't able to press charges because there were no injuries.

So he grabbed the phone and began to walk off with it, video shows.

Stipe's video of the entire incident has been viewed more than 373,000 times on Facebook since Monday, as of Thursday afternoon.

The Gainesville After-Hours Clinic's website said on a since-deleted page that Gallogly graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2001 and completed his residency in family medicine at Alachua General Hospital. "I make no excuses for my unacceptable behavior". My daughter recorded it because they were so rude. "But please appreciate that the video is but the last minute or two of a very abusive tirade against my office staff by the two women".
