For the last time, Finnair Flight 666 flew to HEL on Friday the 13th.

Sadly, per Finnair, such a trip won't happen again because the airline's flight data is being reordered at the end of the month, and the flight will be renumbered as 954.

If taking a flight to HEL, board at your own risk.

No more superstitious flights for those courageous passengers.

Finland's national airline has flown passengers to HEL on Flight 666 for 11 years, with 21 of these flights on the "unluckiest" day of the year, a spokesman for the airline told RT.

After Friday, the flight number will change from AY666 to AY954.

"Today will actually be the final time that our AY666 flight flies to HEL", a spokesperson for the airline said.

Some people would avoid flying altogether on Friday the 13th. According to WPVI-TV, the ominous flight took off from Copenhagen Airport at 1:18 p.m. local time (7:18 a.m. ET) and was scheduled to land in the Finnish capital around 3:55 p.m. (9:55 a.m. ET). I'm not a superstitious man.

"If there's some passenger who is anxious about this 666, our cabin crew is always happy to help them". Paraskevidekatriaphobia is another term for the fear of "Friday the 13th". It is called the "number of the Beast" in Chapter 13 of the Book of Revelation in the New Testament of the Bible. If you're scared of the number 666, you may have hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia.
