McDonald's serves up 'McVegan' burger at location in Finland



McDonald's has not confirmed any other locations for the McVegan but if its popular with the Finns, we don't see why it wouldn't be rolled out in other countries.

The McVegan looks to be similar to a Big Mac burger but features a soy-based patty instead.

The fast food chain is testing out a veggie burger, the McVegan in Tampere, Finland. Would you try a McVegan?

And hey, if not and you want one desperately, get to Finland.

The fast-food giant said its newest menu item will only be available at one restaurant - Tampere, Finland - and for a limited time, Elite Daily reported. According to a 2017 report, 6 percent of Americans say they are vegan - a marked increase over the 1 percent of United States consumers who claimed they were vegan in 2014.

While the new item is sure to be a hit, the burger is now only available at one participating outlet in Tampere, Finland.

If you're vegan, chances are the launch of KFC's Double Down burger in the UK's left you feeling a teeny bit uneasy.

Hungry customers who were able to try the burger took to social media to share a photo of the meal.
