Brady has dealt with this injury before, notably in the 2012 playoffs, and all indications are he expects to play through it. Brady has been sacked 16 times so far this season and has been under constant pressure, having to hold the football a bit longer without the underneath security blanket of Julian Edelman.

After Thursday's game, Brady acknowledged that he took some hits but said he will be ready to go for Week 6 against the New York Jets.

Brady did speak about ways he protects himself and handles taking those hits during a press conference in September.

According to multiple reports, quarterback Tom Brady was not on the field with his teammates when the practice started and he didn't appear before practice closed to outside observers. "I'll be there next Sunday".

Five games into the 2017 season, Brady has completed 68.2 percent of his passes for 1,702 yards, 11 touchdowns and an interception for the reigning Super Bowl champions. The Patriots are not required to release an injury report on Tuesday.

"You do have to learn how to find the way down in a way that you'll be able to get up and try to play the next play, especially with your right shoulder". The question now is - will Brady miss any time from the injury, which originally occurred against the Panthers and was re-aggravated last Thursday against the Buccaneers?
