Beth Dlug, elections director, said early voting would end at county public library branches - Dupont, Hessen Cassel, Georgetown and Aboite. Instructions for completing and returning the ballot are easy and included.

Applications sent by mail must be postmarked by Friday and received by the BOE no later than October 18.

Now that the New York City primaries are out of the way, New Yorkers are preparing for the next big thing: Election Day itself, which happens on November 7.

The Muskingum County Board of Elections is open through 8:00 A.M.to 5:00 P.M. until, 2017.

Voting will be available in Room 230 of the Rath County Office Building from 9 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24; Thursday, Oct. 26; Tuesday, Oct. 31; and Thursday, Nov. 2. - Friday. and 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday. Ballots can also be dropped off at one of the 24, 24-hour ballot boxes, including boxes at Aurora City Hall and Greenwood Village City Hall.

"All the absentees are ready to go", she said at a Wednesday morning election board meeting.
