Apple iPhone SE is the cheapest smartphone from the company and is now having the smallest physical structure just like the iPhone 5S.

The year 2016's launched iPhone SE was one of the most attractive deals for all the Apple fans who wanted to get in touch with iOS technology based smartphone at affordable prices.

Even the costliest iPhone has a high demand in India. "Apple gives the least margins".

If we look at the competition, brands like Samsung and Xiaomi (which shares the no one position in the Indian market) offers a massive 10 to 15 percent of the profit margin, which encourages the resellers to sell these smartphone brands. The report adds that Apple's move in India has caused some retailers like Sangeetha Mobiles, for example, to stop taking orders of the iPhone X. This will further reduce the supply of the flagship in the country which is already seeing a pretty huge demand. Due to this factor, the retailers have stopped to stock up with Apple iPhone X, as the phone costs a lot bomb and if it goes unsold, then the company will be in a lot of trouble. Most estimates, though, placed the impact sometime during the first quarter of 2018.

"They (Apple) will have to start now because if they lose a window of opportunity in next two years to be on mind of the growing smartphone user base, it would be somewhat hard to grow faster in the world's ssecond-largestsmartphone market", said Neil Shah, research director at Hong Kong based Counterpoint Research.

Earlier, Apple CEO Tim Cook had spoken about growing the market, which would require building stores, channels, markets, developer ecosystem and the right kind of product lineup.
