Thankfully, Williams had producers on hand to help her out and an incredibly supportive audience to cheer her on. Just one day after fainting during a live segment on The Wendy Williams Show on Tuesday, October 31, the 53-year-old host returned to break down exactly what happened. Even though the costume ultimately caused Williams to overheat, we must admit that it was absolutely fabulous. "That was not a joke", she said in the clip.

She described being overtaken by a "hot" and "dizzy" feeling, adding, "The costume got hot". I'm overheated in my costume and did pass out. "I'm a champ and I'm back", she said to loud applause. As noted by HipHopDX, Fifty and Williams have a rocky history leading up to a recent IG post from the former that bashed Williams for discussing his family issues.

The TV host shared she is "ok" following the scary incident, but waited until Wednesday to fill in the audience on the "rest of the story".

Contrary to some speculation on social media, she said she did not have a mini-stroke. I don't want to fall. She said she held on to her head because she at least wanted to be "cute" when she fell.

"That was because I promised myself two things".

Williams stressed that no would-be contenders should be after her chair, insisting "I'm here for a long time".

With this spooky "Boo" given by her body taken care of, Wendy Williams can get back to doing everything she does best, and talk about the Braxton sisters. Do not believe the hype, and if there was hype, believe me - I'd let you know'.

Williams acknowledged that, "A lot of people thought that was a joke".

Wendy Williams have given fans a fright during her Halloween special. This is a custom typical of the United States has played a well trick on the boss of the Wendy Williams Show.

Paramedics treated her for dehydration by administering electrolytes. Wendy gushed with gratitude after the incident, saying "I got all your well wishes".
