The next Call of Duty: WWII Nazi Zombies map is The Darkest Shore, and there's finally a new trailer for us all to ogle and unpack before the DLC pack releases later this month. Only days after the disaster in Mittelburg, the crew arrives at an island blanketed in fog and rich in occult history. Activision has released a 2-minute trailer on what to expect as our heroes step foot on The Darkest Shore. The island is surrounded by thick fog and closely guarded by both the Luftwaffe and the Kriegsmarine.

The Darkest Shore is part of The Resistance DLC pack which will also include a few multiplayer maps along with the new Nazi Zombies content. The game's publisher Activision promises that these Nazi zombies are "more cunning, quick, and even more bloodthirsty than before". Fans of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 will remember one of these multiplayer maps in Occupation. Despite the re-use it fits the rest of the theme.

Along with the maps, a new War Mode mission called Operation Intercept will be available. Lo, France in order to save Resistance fighters being transported by train.

Sony PlayStation 4 users will get the update first on January 30. If you're a PC or Xbox One player, you'll have to wait a little longer as the DLC comes out on those platforms in early March.
