Kate Upton Accuses Paul Marciano of Forcibly Groping Her When She Was 18

"So I made a decision to just wiggle away", Upton said to Time.

Upton said following shoots for Guess involved continued harassment from Marciano, with the model using photographer Tsai as a buffer to keep the Guess chief away. Upton says he "grabbed my breasts and started feeling them-playing with them actually". The actor Sade Sellers agreed with Upton, tweeting: "I worked with him for a few years and was too afraid to say anything, but this is true".

Marciano allegedly forcibly groped and kissed Upton during a meeting in 2010.

"He continued to touch me in a very dominating and aggressive way, grabbing my thighs, my arms to pull me closer, my shoulders to pull me closer, my neck, my breasts, and smelling me", she said. "So I chose to just wiggle away", she added. I was terrified. All I could think of was if he was able to get into my room it wouldn't be good'.

'I learned I'd been fired from the shoot.

The next morning, Upton found out she'd been fired from the shoot; according to her agency, someone had called to say she would not be needed because she had "gotten fat", never mind that no one from Guess had seen her and Guess continued to work with her as a model after that.

At one point he forcibly grabbed the back of my head so that I could not move and started kissing my face and my neck.

Following Kate Upton's accusations against him, as well as numerous other women claiming eerily similar harassment at Marciano's hands, Guess has been bombarded with messages for the current creative director to step down from the company.

Upton said that she and Yu Tsai "came up with a plan" to have the photographer around any time she would be in a room with Marciano.

"I have never been alone with Kate Upton", he said. "Nor would I ever refer to a Guess model in such a derogatory manner".

Emboldened by the #MeToo movement, Upton chose to speak out. "I am told she has been working with others for some time to defame me and will claim that I groped her among other things".

She then gave an interview to Time magazine, detailing her accusations, with photographer Yu Tsai present as a witness in numerous scenarios.

The blonde bombshell said that after this shocking first meeting, she was more on guard a month later when she arrived in town for her next Guess shoot.

Yu Tsai was sacked in late 2010, at which point the model began to work with photographer Ellen von Unwerth. "I have pledged to the Guess Board of Directors that I will fully cooperate with a fair and impartial investigation into all of the facts". He was eventually told to leave after calling her a "fat pig". Glamour has reached out to Guess for comment, and will update this story when we hear back.

The publication of the article comes days after Marciano accused Upton of "maliciously and falsely" making false claims in a bid to damage his brand. It's increasingly looking like Upton's newly empowered stance, which seems to be echoing throughout the modeling industry, might ultimately be more unsafe for Marciano and others who, as Upton put it, use their power to make women feel "insecure and powerless"-and whom she's not going to let intimidate her anymore".

"I'm sick of being silenced and expected to sweep everything under the rug", the model said adding, "I'm sick of being expected to laugh off these aggressive advances and accept the power imbalances that exist. I was still very nervous and scared because clearly Paul was comfortable with touching me in front of him". "I don't think you should be touching people at the workplace, and I don't think you should be sexually speaking to a model as they're doing their profession".
