The recently-released song promo video from Manikya Malaraya Poovi had gone viral for her lovely expressions in the clip.

The complaint is said to be on the lines that the lyrics of the song is hurting Islamic sentiments.

Assistant Commissioner of Police (Falaknuma) Syed Faiyaz, however, said that no FIR has been registered into the matter yet.

The video of the song featuring actor Priya Prakash Varrier has gone viral on social media.

The Oru Adaar Love starring Priya Prakash Varrier, Siyadh Shajahan and Noorin Shereef is all set to hit the silver Screen on 1st March 2018. With her million dollar wink and charm, she won over the hearts of millions and has been basking in the glory ever since.

The complainants, however, said they had not mentioned the actors name in their representation before the police. The Priya Prakash, the winking girl, who had created a dhamaaka over the internet.

Priya is first year B.Com student and among 2,500-odd women students in the college.

Oru Adaar Love will come out in theatres on Eid at the end of June.
