Hillary Clinton Criticized After Saying Trump Voters Supported a 'Backwards' Agenda

Hillary Clinton blames subservient white women for 2016 election loss

Hillary Clinton blames subservient white women for 2016 election loss

In a weird article titled, "Like it or not, studies suggest that Clinton may not be wrong on white women voting like their husbands", the Post claims the former Secretary of State's fiery rhetoric was scientifically accurate.

Clinton also noted - as she has before - that the forces of Russian interference that led Trump to the Presidency are still at work around the globe, something that she said "represents a clear and present danger to democracy everywhere".

"White women are much more likely to be married than women of other demographic groups".

She said Trump's "Make America Great Again" campaign "was looking backwards", playing on what she said were feelings in the non-urban United States of voters who "didn't like black people getting rights", or women getting jobs.

On Saturday, after Trump campaigned for Republican House candidate Rick Saccone in Pennsylvania, Clinton's longtime communications adviser, Philippe Reines, said he understands "why that man won in 2016".

But we want to hear from you - are you a woman who feels pressure from your husband to vote a certain way, or do you make up your own mind?

During a conference in India this weekend, Clinton called states that supported her in the election more economically advanced than the states that backed Trump.

Her aides are suggesting these statements are only hurting the Democratic Party's brand, especially as the party looks ahead to the 2020 presidential election. For months, some Democrats have been arguing that Clinton's sentiments have been counterproductive to the party's rebuilding efforts.

"They may have a disdain for middle America, but they still need to cater to us!" she exclaimed. Now, I win the coasts, I win Illinois, Minnesota, places like that. The campaign of USA president Donald Trump, on the other hand, was "looking backwards". "That's a lot of states".

"At the RNC, we try not to continue to focus on Hillary Clinton".

Ohio Sen. Sherrod Brown, who is also up for re-election said that he doesn't "really care what she said" and that her words are "not helpful". "I don't think so".

Clinton, the 2016 Democratic nominee for president, did lose Wisconsin to Donald Trump.
