Man Utd have contacted Neymar over a blockbuster summer move

Ivan Rakitic talked up the possibility of Neymar wearing the Barca jersey again following Saturday's 2-0 win over Malaga and Coutinho has now backed his Barcelona team-mate's comments.

Paris St Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has flown to Brazil for talks with Neymar over his future, according to reports. Jose Mourinho is seeing Neymar as the final piece to revolve his team around whereas Pep Guardiola reportedly wants the Brazilian as a Sergio Aguero replacement.

"I can not even see Real Madrid paying the €300-400m for one player". Another Spanish publication, AS, wrote that Barcelona's rival, Real Madrid, would pay as much as 400 million euros ($492 million) to bring the 26-year-old to the Santiago Bernabeu.

An injury that the Brazilian could theoretically have played through, with PSG facing into a decisive Champions League tie against Real Madrid, Neymar Jr's decision rendered him incapable of featuring in the club's biggest game since his record-breaking move there the summer before.

He left, however, after growing exhausted of living in the shadow of Lionel Messi.

But the player's exorbitant valuation makes it hard to believe rejoining Barca is on the cards, while links with Real grow and talk of meetings between the relevant parties intensify.

It's also possible that PSG may be reluctant to lose Neymar. OK, that was the case at Barca, but Neymar was hardly playing in his shadow. PSG would also like to see Champions League success, and the club recently was eliminated by Real Madrid.

Ronaldo has urged PSG star Neymar to simply focus on recovering from his foot injury.
