Though she admits her "time is spread really thin" already, Kim hasn't exactly ruled out expanding her brood yet.

Kim spoke out this week about the new addition to her family, her newborn daughter Chicago, who joins sister North, four, brother Saint, two.

"At the end of the day, if someone offered me business or fame, I'd take the business side", she said. I'm not going to be picky like that.

Shortly after attending Khloé Kardashian's baby shower on Saturday, Kim Kardashian West jetted off to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where a pink-haired Kanye West has been holed up for the past week working on his new album! "I would do this again a thousand more times".

"If Kanye had a dream project", she says, "it would be to make a Yeezy product line-like deodorant, every product you could imagine".

The newly-brunette star shared several photos from her getaway with her husband on Snapchat and Instagram, showing off her impressive skiing skills and West's views from his accommodation. "That's just ridiculous, '" Kardashian said.

The mom of three also wanted her carrier to eat organically, "which is just how she eats, so it was a good match for us", she added.

When looking back on her experience with surrogacy, Kim admitted she "would recommend" it to anyone. "But as much as I hated it, I still wished I could have done it on my own".

Kim Kardashian flew out to join Kanye on Saturday, who "has been recording in Jackson Hole for the last week", a source told E!

The 37-year-old also reveals a bit more about her surrogacy, a decision having to do with her open battle with a life-threatening condition known as placenta accreta: "The control is hard at the beginning".
