Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Price in India Drops by Rs.10,000

Samsung's Note 9 is one of the most highly-awaited phones of this year. It could however make its introduction with the Galaxy S10, allowing Samsung to forego the dedicated reader on the back. The listing has revealed most of the specifications of these smartphones. While numerous leaks and rumours have surfaced around the company's budget smartphones, SamMobile has got an exclusive scoop that reveals everything about the two new smartphones heading to Samsung's budget range. The phone is rumoured to come with a 5.60-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1480 pixels. However, Galaxy J series phones differ in terms of screen-size and internal hardware.

While the Galaxy S10 leak is certainly disappointing for those looking forward to upgrading to the Galaxy Note 9, it's also nice as a confirmation that the in-display fingerprint sensor will eventually be making an appearance. In terms of optics, the Galaxy J4 sports 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The smartphones will feature Samsung's super AMOLED "Infinity Display" - bezel-less screen that creates an immersive viewing experience. The smartphone will have Android 8.0 Oreo as its operating system and will have a 5.8-inch display powered by a 3000mAh battery.

Depending on the region of sale, it will be made available in different RAM+storage configurations. The Galaxy J6 is powered by Exynos 7870 chipset backed by RAM and storage variants of 2GB/3GB/4GB and 32GB/64GB respectively.

In the camera department, the device will be offering 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. There is a 3,000mAh battery onboard to power the smartphone. The Galaxy Note 9 May be a bit of a lackluster launch, unfortunately, but Samsung may be able to regain lost ground with the launch of the S10 and S10 Plus.
