An attorney for Weinman tells CBS3 this new video doesn't change anything and that it's not consistent with what Wildwood has claimed, that she was the aggressor. "Police are supposed to care for us, protect us", said Naim Kerbag. The first video shows police asking Weinman to blow into a breathalyzer, and asking if she's underage.

Footage of a woman punched and strangled by police on Wildwood Beach in New Jersey (USA), Saturday, May 26, has been viewed more than six million times. He said he was appalled by the number of people who had posted that Weinman "got what she deserved".

When the woman refuses to give her last name, the officer loses his patience.

Police have posted three body camera videos showing the encounter and violent arrest of a woman cited for underage drinking in Wildwood over the Memorial Day weekend. The camera was reactivated during the struggle with the woman seen in the third video. The officer can be seen striking Weinman in the head, and she is handcuffed and walked to a police vehicle.

The officers involved in the arrest are Patrolmen Thomas Cannon, John Hillman and Robert Jordan.

Wildwood Police Chief Robert Regalbuto said he finds the video "alarming" but doesn't want to "rush to any judgment" until the investigation is complete. Upon the conclusion of the investigation in the coming days, and only after final review by the Cape May County Prosecutors Office, the Wildwood Police Department will release the findings and outcome of the investigation.

The video ends with the officers debriefing another officer on the beach about the incident. "I told them I wasn't drinking and the alcohol was clearly closed/sealed, which the cops seen", she wrote on Facebook.

"Get off of me, don't pull my hair, what are you doing?"

"OK, I'm done with you... do you have cuffs on you?" one officer says to his partner. "That's when he head locked me me by his arm around my neck, punched on me in my head and then he head locked me again but this time choking me, I was gasping for [air]". "I did not do anything wrong and anything could've been written down on that paper so I wouldn't give it to him", Weinman explains in the Facebook post.

"I see him taking two shots at her and right away you go, 'Oh my god, '" said Troiano.

On Tuesday, Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano Jr.'s comments alluded to Weinman spiting at the officers before the arrest, provoking them: "She assaults them, she spits at them, she kicks them". The two seen in the extended physical altercation with Weinman are now on desk duty.
