Nicole Kidman is all suited up as Queen Atlanna, the matriarch of Atlantis, on one of two new Entertainment Weekly covers celebrating the upcoming DC film, "Aquaman". In the film she plays Queen Atlanna, Curry's mother.

The magazine also released 7 new images from the movie and from the set.

The new Aquaman content from Entertainment Weekly continues to roll out! Instead, the big bad in this movie will be Orm played by Patrick Wilson (The Conjuring), who in the comics is Aquaman's half-brother.

"He's part mercenary but full-time pirate who in his suit will look like some insane alien from outer space", director James Wan said, clarifying that Black Manta is the secondary antagonist after Aquaman's half-brother King Orm (Patrick Wilson).

In EW's preview feature, the Jason Momoa-led film is said to drag the titular superhero underwater to resolve a conflict that is near and dear to the half-Atlantean's heart: surface world versus ocean world.

A trailer is expected to arrive soon, having already been unveiled to attendees of the CineEurope conference in Barcelona this week. That duty goes to King Orm, who wants to declare war on Earth's surface. Wilson will be reuniting with director Wan for the fifth time after working together in The Conjuring and Insidious horror franchises.

"He's part mercenary but full-time pirate who in his suit will look like some insane alien from outer space", director James Wan told the outlet. Black Manta is a really interesting character who is somehow factored into this story. Theorizing aside though, the long-awaited first image of the famous Black Manta looks pretty cool.
