Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, was positively glowing at Prince Louis' christening!

The UK hosted the christening of the third child of Prince William and Kate Middleton three months with Prince Louis. According to The Sun, it's a tribute to Princess Diana.

One of Harry's happiest childhood memories was being read a bedtime story by his mother.

The 11-week-old will be baptised by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby, in the palace's Chapel Royal.

The three-year-old was walking hand-in-hand with her dad Prince William after the service at the Royal Chapel at St James's Palace told waiting photographers: "You're not coming".

Also attending were Kate's parents, her brother and sister and Louis' six godparents, who are close friends or relatives of William and Kate.

Lady Laura Meade will Godmother to Prince Louis. Then again, after such a generous gift maybe William and Kate will change their minds?

They include Guy Pelly, once dubbed the "court jester" to William and Harry for his wild ways that were often cited as a bad influence on the brothers in their youth, running their favourite drinking haunts.

Prince Louis' great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, and great-grandfather, Prince Philip, were noticeably absent from the family celebration.

It may have been Prince Louis' christening, but it was his big sister Princess Charlotte's sassy off-hand remark that stole the show.

A royal source said it had been agreed some time ago that the 92-year-old queen would not attend the small, family affair and her absence was not due to any health issues.

The christening itself is quite the family tradition, Royal Central U.K. notes, adding Prince Louis also wore a replica of the now-famous Honiton lace christening gown.

Middleton just gave birth to Prince Louis on April 23, and she is still on maternity leave.
