Bills' Allen (elbow) questionable to return vs. Texans

How the AFC East looks after Week 5

How the AFC East looks after Week 5

Critical time, there are just so many lessons out there to learn from. "But then I was like: 'A chance like that (doesn't) come by so often". "I don't want to paint it all bad, but we've got to protect the football and make sure we're smart". Unfortunately, a late pick-six cost the team a victory, as the Bills lost the game by a score of 20-13. Peterman also threw two interceptions.

Allen's injury meant the Bills had to insert Week 1 starter Nathan Peterman, who is a known to be a turnover machine, into the game.

What's worse is that Peterman threw another interception on the next Bills drive. Joseph stepped in front of Kelvin Benjamin to grab that interception. The unit picked Watson off twice and forced three fumbles. A 33-yard field goal pushed the lead to 10-0 in the second quarter.

Bills LG Vladimir Ducasse left the game in the fourth quarter with a knee injury.

The Bills offense now ranks 32nd in Football Outsiders' DVOA metric and I don't see it getting much better, even when Allen returns to the lineup.

As each game goes by for Josh Allen, defenses are getting more and more film on his skills and how offensive coordinator Brian Daboll is having to scheme for the raw quarterback. Watt has played well in his return after playing just eight games combined in the previous two seasons because of back surgery and a broken leg. "It was just somebody just trying to take something and run with it and try to get their name out there".
