Victoria Beckham looks set to be left out of the multi-date tour which will take in most of the UK.

After a few years of back and forth that played out in the press, the Spice Girls reunion is officially a-go without Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice.

Since the Spice Girls dissolved in 1998, Beckham has become a hugely successful fashion designer, launching her namesake clothing line in 2008.

"Shop new season tailoring at the link in bio or at #VBDoverSt x VB". It was previously announced that she would not be joining her former bandmates for their comeback tour. She also shared a throwback photo of herself as Baby Spice on Instagram, writing: "Let's get this party started @spicegirls". Posh Spice, will not participate in the tour.

Another person said: "Disappointed with you, my favourite Spice ever".

And Mel has now admitted she was the one who pulled the plug on the tour because of difficulties in her marriage to now ex-husband Stephen Belafonte.

Ahead of the announcement, a new image of the Spice Girls was released. "I know they will put on an unbelievable show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time!"

The Spice Girls will first perform on June 1 at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, before heading to the Coventry Ricoh Arena on June 3 and Sunderland Stadium Of Light on June 5.

The Spice Girls announced their tour on social media, after months of speculation, and basically made our day.

Meanwhile, earlier today, Mel B appeared on Loose Women where she confirmed a world tour will follow the United Kingdom shows.

She added, to Theakston: "Please don't look at me any more, or I might just blurt it out".

It was clear things had fallen apart by Halloween, though, when Mel B slipped on a Victoria mask and toted a sign reading "No I am not going on tour". "It'd be a shame if she didn't". They go on sale this Saturday (10 November) at 10.30am.
