MONDAY, NOV. 12 - US military members with proof of service can eat for free from the soup, salad and dessert bar from 11 a.m.to 9 p.m.

Applebee's is inviting all active-duty military and vets to enjoy a free meal on Sunday, November 11.

The restaurant chain is offering full-size entrees, such as the Classic Bacon Cheeseburgers, Chicken Tenders Platter, Three-Cheese Chicken Penne, and others, for free in order to say thank you.

Cracker Barrel: Free crafted coffee or a slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake.

As America honors the sacrifices of all those who serve and have served on Veterans Day, various restaurants across the country will salute our armed forces with free and discounted dishes.

From November 10-12, active-duty and retired military veterans can redeem an offer in the Pilot Flying J app to enjoy a free Pilot Coffee of any size with their choice of a PJ Fresh breakfast sandwich, packaged pastry item or a Cinnabon Center of the Roll.

Bob Evans will provide select free items from a special menu for veterans and active military personnel at its restaurants Sunday.

Restaurant chain Applebee's is offering USA veterans and active military members a free meal on Sunday.

Buffalo Wild Wings - Active and former military can get a free small order of traditional or boneless wings, and a side of fries, at Buffalo Wild Wings on Nov 11.

Hooters: Veterans and active duty military members get a free meal from a select menu on November 11. Not valid in California, North Carolina, South Carolina or Augusta, Georgia, locations.

Shake Shack, 5015 Westheimer, 6205 Kirby The burger shack will be treating all veterans and active duty military with a free scoop of Shake Shack Custard (in-shack only) at all locations excluding stadiums, ballparks, and airports.

Veterans and active duty military can grab a free donut at participating locations.

Friendly's - Veterans and active military can receive a free breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Some Utah locations, such as 1664 N. 1200 West, Layton, will also honor this deal on Monday, Nov. 12. Options include the lobster and langostino pizza and seafood-stuffed mushrooms, along with key lime pie and brownie overload.

IHOP: Veterans can grab a free stack of Red, White and Blue pancakes at participating locations from 7 a.m.to 7 p.m. Monday.
