Alongside announcing the stoppage of this service Xiaomi had also said that the MIUI 10 Global update will be the last update for three of its phones including the Mi 5, Mi Note 3 Snapdragon variant.

It is therefore worth noting the performance of Xiaomi who not only has already updated its Mi A2, with Android One but has just started the deployment of the latest version of Google's OS on its previous smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi A1, as reported by one of our readers.

Several Redmi Note 3 users in India have confirmed that they have received an OTA update notification in their old phones. Since it is a part of the Android One programme, an update to the latest version of Android was inevitable but there was no concrete timeline for it. That was a beta stable update that Xiaomi rolled out to a few users to iron out bugs before a general release, the company confirmed in another forum post by a super moderator. Users can manually check for the arrival of the update by checking system updates in Settings. Now Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 Android Pie Update is Now Available.

The Xiaomi Redmi 5 comes with a 3300 mAh Li-ion non-user replaceable battery with support for 10W fast charging, which can last a complete day on a single charge. Xiaomi is working on updating the Redmi Note 5 Pro to Android 9 Pie.

Download the MIUI 10.1.3 based on Android 8.1 for the Xiaomi Redmi 5 here. While the Redmi Note 5 runs Qualcomm Snapdragon 625, the Redmi Note 5 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 636 processor. On the specifications front, the Xiaomi Redmi Go handset is expected to feature a display with 18:9 aspect ratio.

The smartphone has a metal unibody design, similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 with all the necessary ports, including a micro USB port for charging and data syncing, a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
