"There are no underage women, there is no sex cult, it's all some reality TV made up story", Greenberg said.

Currently, two women who were subjects in the documentary, Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary, are said to still be living with R. Kelly.

Horrified and disturbed by the findings, Foxx wants to aid victims who seek justice against Kelly and his team of enablers who kept Kelly unscathed by the fire which has yet to engulf him.

Griggs said the Fulton County district attorney's office reached out to him on Monday seeking contact information for witnesses.

Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx announced Tuesday afternoon during a press conference they are asking anyone who may be a victim or has information about a possible victim connected to the allegations against the singer in IL to come forward so they can investigate the claims.

Kelly has not commented on the latest allegations made in the series but his attorney said the allegations are false, calling this another round of stories.

Police said detectives are investigating the claims in the report.

According to a marriage certificate that was uncovered in the '90s, Kelly had secretly married the Detroit singer Aaliyah Haughton when she was just 15.

"The recent allegations against entertainer R. Kelly in the recent Lifetime docuseries are deeply, deeply disturbing", Foxx said during a news conference on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019, in Chicago. He also said it was inappropriate for a state's attorney to characterize allegations she'd seen on TV, prior to charges or even an investigation.

R. Kelly former manager, James Mason, is facing some potential legal trouble after he reportedly threatened one of the singer's victims father.

Contact information for Russell could not be immediately found.

Activists and reporters have for years tried to bring light to Kelly's alleged actions.

Rather, he was acquitted on child pornography charges in 2008. According to the girl's father, Mason told him, "I'm gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I'm gonna get you, I'm going to f***ing kill you". In 2002, he was arrested after a video surfaced appearing to show him having sex with and urinating on a 14-year-old girl.

"I believe the documentary has opened up a new era".
