Tiffany Haddish started 2019 off on a very rough foot. The fact it was not for good reason is something Haddish has come forward and copped to.

Comedian Tiffany Haddish admitted she bombed her stand-up gig in Miami on New Year's Eve and told fans she wished "it was better". Fans then started booing her before they walked out of the show. According to the Girl's Trip star, she spent the previous night partying all night long as well as in the morning, so she wasn't quite as rested as she should've been. "I went to bed at 7 a.m.", she said, admitting the "Ciroc is still in my system". She shared an article headlined, "Tiffany Haddish Bombs, Drinks with Fans Instead", and tweeted, "Yes this happened". I've been out here in Miami since yesterday morning and I partied. This is a striking contrast between her recent successes in the last two years.

Some of Haddish's fellow comedian's backed her up on the social media platform. She vowed on stage to never allow herself to be in that type of situation again - and she wasn't talking about stand-up either. "She has not proven the ability to tell jokes, back to back, for an hour to nobody".

Griffin reasoned, "This is the price of fame when you're a comic".

- DL Hughley (@RealDLHughley)Happens to the best of us! One person at the show recalled Tiffany saying, "This is weird for me. Because she hasn't done a tour yet", Williams said.

Haddish's She Ready tour continues January 25 at The Mirage's Terry Fatore Theatre through March 21 at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle.
